Task Creation
Easily give Boostopia access to your Zendesk admins and agents.
Settings>Team Members>Import or click here.
Once added, they will automatically receive a Boostopia welcome email.
User Import Feature
You can exclude specific users from your Savings Calculation.
This can helpful when you have a team lead or manager that spends time in tickets (QAing or reviewing) but not actually responding to customers.

Generally macros are used on email tickets, so now you can filter down to just those types of tickets!
